Sunday School

Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me!'

Matthew 19:14

Sunday School is a ministry for all children at Prince of Peace.  Kids are divided into age-level classes led by volunteer leaders from the Kids Team.  These volunteers share the love of God through passing on stories from Scripture tied to what is happening in worship.  We value families worshiping together, so this faith formation time happens from 10:00 am-10:45 am.

Join the Kids Team!

Ministry for children at Prince of Peace happens because volunteers from Prince of Peace invest in the lives of children.  We need Kids Team members like you to commit to building relationships, sharing God’s love, and passing on faith to the kids of Prince of Peace.  We are looking for dependable, caring, loving, and available adults and teen leaders for our Sunday School classes.  Can you help?

-Sunday School Kids Team members serve in classrooms from 10:00-10:45am on Sundays in May – September.  Typcially, they are present twice monthly.

-Children’s Worship Volunteers lead an activity during the sermon especially for kids who are 3 years old through 2nd grade.

Join the Kids Team today (and other teams at Prince of Peace!) or contact Kids Team Leader, Sara Harris (sharriscin@gmail.com), for more information about joining this ministry.
