The Sacred Pact:
Embracing God’s Promises for Us
How important are promises to you?
Scripture tells us that they are very important to God. In fact they are foundational for our understanding of our relationship with God.
The primary covenants of scripture arise out of God’s unconditional love for us. This is why we talk about baptism as a covenant, and the more that we understand the other covenants of scripture, the more we can trust in God’s promises for us in our baptism.

At Prince of Peace, we take the season of Lent to pause and be reflective about our call to discipleship through an intentional process we call a Lenten Journey.
Starting the weekend of February 18, we begin our journey called: The Sacred Pact: Embacing God’s Promises for Us
There are three main parts of this immersive experience:

We have a variety of groups that meet throughout the week at different times and across different groups throughout our community. We hope that you will find one that fits your needs and schedule. If you'd like to form a journey group to meet with others from the community (neighbors and friends are welcome too!), please let us know and we can help spread the word.
