“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young,
but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct,
in love, in faith and in purity.”
Every one of us is sent into the world with one mission: to live & love like Jesus.
The goal of Prince of Peace Youth and Family ministry is to equip families to love like Jesus by forming lives of discipleship and mission. Youth opportunities at POP are meant to stretch students into disciples who:
grow in faith
connect in community
serve the world

Learn More About Youth Programs
Prince of Peace offers dynamic faith formation opportunities for youth of all ages.
The littlest disciples at Prince of Peace are an important part of our family of faith! Many join their parents in worship or the nursery on Sunday mornings. They have an opportunity to participate in Cherub Choir, Sparklers (Kids Christian Education), Vacation Bible School, and more starting at age 3.
Children are embraced at Prince of Peace. We value the friendships and connections kids and their families build through their participation in many activities. These include Joyful Noise (children’s choir), Spark: Where Faith is Ignited, First Communion, POP456 (youth group for 4th-6th graders, Vacation Bible School and summer camp at Hopewood Pines.
Middle School years at Prince of Peace are full of ways for students to get involved as they transition from childhood to teenage years in their faith. These programs include faith formation opportunities (Middle School Ministry and Firmly Planted), just for fun opportunities (laser tag, nerf nights, movies), expanded service and music opportunities, and overnight events like summer camp at Hopewood Pines, retreats, and more.
POPLuthYouth is the name we’ve given this age group at Prince of Peace. We are inclusive, fun-loving, deep, and always excited to meet new friends. There are opportunities every month for connection, growing in faith, and service.
