Join with other women and let a trained Forest therapy guide lead you through her wooded acres in a guided experience, immersing yourself in the natural world, connecting with some inner peace. Ellen has been doing forest therapy for years and will provide it as a service to us.
This will be on a gentle trail, moving slowly, some sitting, a little standing meditation, lots of nature. An easy event on the body.
